SnackPacts are shipped within 2-5 business days from when your order was received.
USPS can take 1-3 business days to deliver your SnackPact to the address you have provided on your order.
Of course! Just select "This is a Gift" on our check out page and have a SnackPact delivered to your giftee.
Your desired giftee will receive one SnackPact per month.
Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 15th of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at email@example.com. In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 15th of the month). For example, if you are on a monthly plan and do not want the October box, you must email in your cancellation request by September 30th (before the 15th of the month). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that date or mid-subscription.

SnackPacts will not be held responsible for any allergy related incidents. SnackPacts may have snacks in them that contain gluten, wheat, peanuts, and other common food allergens. Please make sure to leave a note on your order. Also, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about which products you'd like us to avoid in your SnackPact.
You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your SnackPacts Account or by sending us an email at email@example.com. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 15th of the month).
All first time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window (calendar hours) from the time of order to the receipt of any cancellation and/or refund request. In order to cancel your first time initial order you must email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org before the close of the 24 hour window (calendar hours). Unfortunately, due to immediate product purchasing protocols that initiate within 24 hours of an order placed, there are no refunds for first time initial order requests that come in after the 24 hour window.
If you did not receive your box, please be sure to check your tracking number. If your tracking number says has been delivered, we suggest first checking with your neighbor or someone who might have a similar address to you. This is in case it may have been delivered to the incorrect address by mistake. If you still cannot locate your box, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. However, if your tracking number says it has not been delivered, please note that delays can happen for many reasons, most notably weather. **If you are receiving an international delivery, please note that customs can cause delays and take longer than expected.
